Phillips Toy Mart is a family owned toy store that has been a Nashville favorite since 1946. We consider ourselves a toy store for kids of ALL ages. Birthday Surprise!
Sign your child up for our Birthday Registry. Each month, one lucky child (who’s birthday falls within that month) will be drawn at random to receive a $50 gift certificate to Phillips Toy Mart! It’s a special way to make their special day even better. So, tell your friends and family with children ages 15 and younger.
Rules
You may submit the form more than once, one for each child in your family, but there is no need to resubmit multiple forms for the same child. Multiple entries for the same child does NOT increase your chance of winning.
Gift certificate will be mailed to the winner.
